Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains how Elvaria Health ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit elvariahealth.store, make a purchase, or contact us (collectively, the "Services").

Privacy at a Glance

  • Information you provide: contact details, shipping details, order contents, and communications you send us.
  • Payment information: Stripe collects and processes payment-card details. We receive payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited billing information, but not your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, approximate country, browser or user-agent information, request and security logs, and essential browser-storage data used for the cart, currency, discounts, and session features.
  • Advertising and analytics: based on the Site's current configuration, advertising pixels and analytics IDs are not enabled, and we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Your choices: you may contact support@elvariahealth.store to make a privacy request. Rights vary by location and are subject to legal exceptions.

This section is a plain-language summary, not an app-store privacy label. The details below control if a summary and the fuller policy differ.

AI-Assisted Content and Automated Tools

We use automated and generative artificial intelligence tools during website development to help create or edit portions of the Site's text, images, and other creative content. Generative AI is not used on the live Site to make legal or similarly significant decisions about customers, and the Site does not send your payment-card details to a generative AI provider. AI-assisted content may contain errors. We remain responsible for the accuracy of product directions, ingredients, warnings, advertising claims, and other regulated product information. The Site currently has no customer-facing AI assistant; if that changes, we will update this policy and provide any interaction-level notice required by applicable law.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Contact and support information: name, email address, optional phone number, and the content of messages you send us.
  • Order and delivery information: name, email address, shipping and billing address, products ordered, quantities, discounts, order status, and transaction identifiers.
  • Payment information: payment details you enter are provided directly to Stripe. We receive confirmation and identifiers needed to complete, refund, prevent fraud, and reconcile the transaction.

The current Site does not offer customer accounts, wishlists, or a public review-submission feature.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, our hosting and security providers and our checkout service may process IP address, approximate country, request time, requested page, browser or user-agent data, device and network information, and security or fraud signals. We also use localStorage or sessionStorage in your browser for essential functions such as preserving your cart, selected currency, pending discount code, and time-limited session displays. Clearing browser storage may reset those features.

The Site currently loads Google Fonts and may load currency or flag resources from jsDelivr, so your browser may connect to those providers and send ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser headers. The current Site configuration does not include an enabled Facebook pixel, Google Analytics identifier, or enabled marketing/review application.

Information from Service Providers

We may receive transaction status, fraud signals, delivery updates, support correspondence, and other information from payment processors, hosting and security providers, email providers, fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers when needed to provide the Services.

How We Use Information

  • to operate the Site and preserve cart and checkout functions;
  • to process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, send transactional messages, and handle returns or support requests;
  • to verify orders, prevent fraud, secure the Services, debug errors, and enforce our terms;
  • to comply with legal, tax, accounting, recordkeeping, and regulatory obligations; and
  • to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and protect our customers, business, and others.

How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including to:

  • Cloudflare and infrastructure providers for hosting, content delivery, storage, security, and request processing;
  • Stripe for payment processing, fraud prevention, refunds, and payment records;
  • Resend and communications providers for transactional order email and customer communications;
  • Discord for restricted operational and fraud alerts;
  • fulfillment partners and shipping carriers for packing, shipping, delivery, returns, and tracking;
  • professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, enforce agreements, or protect rights and safety; and
  • a successor in a business transaction such as a financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to applicable law.

These providers may process information under their own privacy notices as well as their agreements with us.

Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and Browser Signals

Based on the Site's current configuration, we do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. Advertising and analytics pixels are not currently enabled. Because the Site does not currently engage in that tracking, it does not respond differently to legacy "Do Not Track" signals. We will honor legally recognized opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable, if we later engage in processing to which those signals apply. We will update this policy and provide any required choices before enabling materially different advertising or analytics practices.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to complete transactions, provide support, prevent fraud, keep required business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, know about, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information, to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and to appeal a denied request. You may also have rights concerning sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or sensitive information, although the current Site practices described above may mean those opt-outs do not apply.

To submit a request, email support@elvariahealth.store. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact us to request deletion.

International Processing

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguard for an international transfer, we will use one required by that law.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site links to or uses third-party services, including Stripe, Google Fonts, jsDelivr, social networks, and shipping or support services. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy notices. A link does not mean we control or endorse a third party's privacy practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices, technology, providers, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy, update the "Last updated" date, and provide any additional notice required by law.
