Return any unworn, undamaged item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
Email us at support@elvariahealth.store within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, if your order has already been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
Returns on items that have been worn, altered, or returned without original packaging cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event may be returned under the same conditions as regular-priced items, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.
